Dr Breon as a doctor is great, but her staff is the worst I have ever met. Since LECOM moved her to the Community Health Net office it is the worst experience of my life. I have never had a doctors office care less about what you are calling or being seen for. I'm never checked out or asked for my copay and worst of all I was charged as a new patient, its not my fault LECOM moved her to this crappy office to help them out. The last straw was when they billed me for a follow up vs a physical visit, which I made very clear multiple times while making the appointment and while I was in the office. If doctor Breon left this bad office I would highly recommend her to people, but until then. DO NOT GO TO THE OFFICE!

Talking to Sarah is like talking to a friend , she listens and is "matter of fact" with her answers to you questions and her diagnosis. I was a little miffed when charged for some tests done right in the office ...hearing and used a pulse ox for blood oxygen that my insurance nicked me 20 bucks for but she is part of LECOM and it's probably their protocol. A good doctor.

Every time I see my doctor she tells me what is really going on with my condition. I have never had an issue with her. People who have an issue with her are just looking for drugs and she ain't having it. Stop dissing her and embrace the fact that she knows whats best.

Got in to see the doctor the day I phoned for an appointment, she did have students but came in and made me feel comfortable. I wasn't rushed, she listened, was friendly and definitely helped me with my problem.

Laughed at my condition. Very rude and made it seem as if she "had" to talk to me. Not compassionate. Sent her student in to do her work (other than the initial meet and greet that students are supposed to do).
