Dr. Sarah Elizabeth Buchman, MD

We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Buchmann, to the point that we were thinking of leaving the office but when we got her, I really liked her bedside manner and how she treated my children who are elementary-aged. She was funny with the kids, likeable, gave good advice and answered all of my questions thoroughly and respectfully. I am glad she joined the practice and that she gave it a bit of fresh air!

This is absolutely the worst doctor ever. She cares about protocols, not her patience. She goes by the book, dismisses completely the reality of the patient's condition, does not listen, and is generally very unpleasant to deal with. I do not recommend this doctor.

This doctor cares about protocols and bureaucracy, not her patience. She refused to sign a college room accommodation form for the asthmatic child who needs a room with AC (nothing special, just AC) because she " was not comfortable" with it. She would not listen and would not budge, like a brick wall. No compassion or not even care! She was trying to convince me that in her medical books, asthmatic children feel better in hot weather! I am the one who has been managing his condition for 17 years. I know he cannot breathe in hot and humid weather and need a temperature-controlled room. Did not she see all the records about his asthma in her system or she simply did not care to check?!

She is the worst doctor ever. I have come to Dr. Ducic clinic since my daughter was born, and after I saw this doctor, Im never coming back. She caused problems between my son and I who is almost 18. She tried to convince him that the reason of his headaches is stress and that family is a source. This is outrageous as our relationship with our son is very good and we never had any problems with him. If she had problems with her parents, she should not believe that this is the case with others.
