Dr. Sarah Elyssa Cassell, MD

Terrible bedside manner. She talks down to me every time I see her and when I am describing a symptom or side effects she condescendingly states "I do not know what that means." She also sighs a lot and is generally very rude. Worst care I have ever received. Also, on insurance website she is listed as a telecare provider and she most certainly is not. They want you in the office every 4-6 weeks no matter your circumstances.

I am just very curious what happened from 2019 till now on the reviews?? on the Dr and office??

If you want to feel sick, scared, and stupid all at one time, this is the doctor for you. Not only was I constantly talked down to, she didn't respect my wishes when It came to persciptions or appointments.

Dr Sarah Cassel is the best rheumatologist that I've ever had. I've been treated for rheumatic diseases since I was a teenager in 1977. Dr Cassel is thorough and meticulous in her diagnostic investigation. She explains everything clearly and completely. She was very gentle and patient with me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sarah Cassell for about a year and a half.... I am very pleased with the care she provides. She is always friendly and really listens to my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Rheumatologist that will listen and has a great bedside manner.
