Dr. Sarah Allen Copeland, MD

Dr. Copeland was very friendly with a ready smile. She listened to concerns and took time to understand and encourage my 11 year old son. Dr. Copeland was very professional during examination. She explained her answers to our questions very well. She gave us further referral to other resources within Kaiser that she felt would be additional helpful upon her diagnosis and assessment. My son and I enjoyed her personality and we shared our ideas and interests. It was a fun time meeting her! I would recommend Dr. Copeland.

A very intelligent person and was very encouraging!

I had a very similar experience as one of the other reviewers. She was unprofessionals. We felt she did not listen. Was unable to use the computer system to pull all of our daughter's history. Poor bedside manor.

First off the “Dr” came in wearing yoga pants, T-shirt and vans. No credentials around her neck or anywhere to be seen to even identify herself.....poor bedside manner and just plain didn’t listen and blew us off. Left my husband, child and self less than impressed with any skills she may have had. Also didn’t leave with an after visit summary like every doctor does at kaiser save your time and go to a different provider
