Dr. Sarah Cybulski

Sarah Cybulski is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 8 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in supporting adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment disorder, trauma, and grief. She aims to ensure all clients feel safe, heard and supported while also being challenged to make changes and look forward to growth. She wants to support clients in recognizing and understanding their whole selves and the impact of past and current life circumstances on their well-being, while working toward clarifying and planning future goals. Sarah completed her Masters of Science in Psychology at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She has worked in school settings, supporting children, teens, and families. Her therapeutic orientation is person-centered and strengths-based. She practices cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and solution-focused theories.
