Dr. Sarah Elizabeth Dick, MD

I repeatedly expressed concern about an area on my face. For over a year she refused to do a biopsy. Once one was finally done, the malignant melanoma had spread requiring extensive surgery and treatment. Needless to say, I am with a better doctor now, with more experience and one who focuses on the patient’s life.

I credit the doctor for taking a biopsy of a mole that turned out to be melanoma. I believe her thorough exams very likely saved me. She also has a refreshing personality while exuding confidence and competence. Dr., you deserve to be recognized!

I came in to her with an autoimmune disease that has severe dermatological symptoms. At that point the disease had eaten about 60% of my skin, including good portions of my gums. I've always had eczema, but this was way worse, debilitating as well (see: pemphigus). She spent maybe 2 minutes (maximum and literally about 120 seconds if even) with me, took a small chunk of my skin to send it for biopsy and called me saying it was "eczema like" and that was all, she did not suggest I come back in, did not tell me what to do, so I continued on looking to be diagnosed. She was of no help and I felt extremely disregarded, that she was in to get a pay check and go. $$
