She is interested in learning the stories of her clients to be able to truly understand each client as a whole person--not just a set of symptoms. She provides a warm and welcoming environment for every client, regardless of their background. Her mission is for her clients to feel safe and understood while under her care. She understands that it is often difficult to reach out for help when you are struggling, and is here to walk alongside you in your mental health journey no matter where you are beginning. She has years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings and will …work with you one-on-one to develop a unique treatment plan that suits your individual needs.
Sarah particularly loves working with the LGBTQ+ population and specializes in providing care for a range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and insomnia. Sarah’s goal is to help you live your most authentic, joyful life with a sense of peace and stability. She is available for both in-person and telehealth appointments for clients ages 18+.
