Dr. Sarah Fedorchuck

Sarah Fedorchuck is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for 7 years. She has worked in various mental health settings and understands that the first step in therapy is being comfortable, not only with the therapist but with the environment as well. She has assisted people with processing their experiences and how they impact their daily lives/relationships, and she explores with them ways to build confidence in themselves. Sarah has experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, domestic violence, and major life changes. Sarah completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Quinnipiac University. Sarah utilizes various styles of therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, and at times will incorporate varied media such as art or music. There have been many changes in the world recently, and it is understandable to need support during these times.
