Sarah Eizabeth Gilmore

Sarah Gilmore is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health's Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation - TOSH in Murray, Utah. She supports patients across the Salt Lake Valley, practicing orthopedics, specializing in post-operative knee and shoulder rehabilitation as well as sports rehabilitation.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Sarah has built her practice around knee and shoulder injuries. Her interest in physical therapy began after she suffered multiple soccer injuries in high school and college. A lifelong passion for sports led her to earn her bachelor's degree at the University of Northern Colorado, along with a certification in Athletic Training, and she went on to spend over 10 years treating all types of sports injuries at local high schools. She is passionate about helping others return to the activities they enjoy and helping athletes get back to the sports they love.

Sarah grew up in Cottonwood Heights and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the …University of Utah. She enjoys recreating in the Wasatch mountains, including trail running, hiking, mountain biking, and skiing, and she continues to be an avid fan of Utah sports.
