Dr. Sarah N Gray, MD

My experience with Dr. Gray was wonderful. I feel that she listened, she paid attention, and she explained how the process was going to work. I'm looking forward to working further with her. I was very excited and motivated after my meeting with her.

This Dr doesn't remember past history (despite taking up two sessions on past history), doesn't have adequate notes from previous sessions and only has one tool to provide brain injury patients that are experiencing emotional challenges. She seemed defensive, frustrated and incurious if I needed more information about the tool. There is a disconnect between what a patient needs (maybe more than one tool) and what she provided. She isn't empathetic but can provide 'professional sympathy' which doesn't feel genuine. I gave her two stars as she may only be allowed in this setting to provide one tool and in private practice she may be able to be more flexible and provide more help.

Really she is a best and a excellent doctor she is very helpful
