After years of fruitless and sometimes damaging work with numerous therapists, I feel profoundly grateful to have encountered Sarah Gundle, a woman of exceptional insight and compassion. Our work has opened up my life and altered my sense of possibility. I can see and feel the growth.

For many years I searched for a therapist that truly represented humility, compassion, knowledge, professionalism and genuine goodness. Sarah is the epitome of all things mentioned above. I came to her completely broken just over three years ago and she has helped me tremendously in the rebuild of my life, despite the challenges I was faced with upon our initial encounter. Sarah is kind, attentive and very insightful. I was with her for several years and, after seeing many doctors over a long period of time, she made all the difference in the world. Although I still have some problems I can now handle them without difficulty. I literally owe her my life.

During the 4 years I’ve seen Dr. Gundle she has offered skilled counseling delivered with genuine compassion and care. Her guidance and support have helped me cope in overcoming ongoing and past traumas, rather than becoming immobilized by events or focusing on blame. I find her understanding approach invaluable in helping me be proactive, resilient, and to feel like a whole human being, no matter what life is throwing at me. Dr. Sarah was extremely helpful in helping me better my life. My original areas of focus were concerns with my love life and recreational drug use. She was tremendously helpful in both areas. Not only did she give me practical actions I could make use of in my daily life, I found that simply talking through my issues led to a better understanding of who I am, my thoughts, behaviors and overall mindfulness. After these two topics settled down, we were able to get into deeper work which was also very rewarding. I'm glad to say that I'm in the best place right now and I believe that's a result of the work we did together. I probably met with her about once a week over the course of 2 years (but eventually switched to once every 2 weeks). She's a great listener, never judgmental I HIGHLY recommend her.

Dr. Gundle has been an excellent therapist to me since I started seeing her almost 4 years ago. She has helped me evaluate my situation in a new light that I never would have before. Because of this, I have been able to make changes in my life for the better. She is understanding, thoughtful and very easy to talk to but also honest, even if I don't always like what I am hearing. She has helped me in all aspects of my life, and I am lucky to have found her.
