Dr. Sarah Cenac Jackson, MD

I called it the 5 minute express, in and out. Recently switched dermatologist and the new doctor spent 45 minutes with me. We found multiple areas of cancer on my face. It was very disappointing to know that they were not previously detected. The cancers had been growing for a long time and were quite invasive.

Dr. Jackson is one of my most favorite doctors! She is extremely intelligent and up to date in her field in impressive detail. She has great bedside manner and is very personable. I always feel comfortable talking to her about my concerns. She actively listens and explains all questions. She is very accurate and trustable with diagnoses. I actually switched to her after 1 visit with Dr. Lupo, and it was the BEST decision EVER!! Sometimes she talks fast, but if you go in with a notepad and a list of questions/issues it is easy to address them all. There were a few times that I felt a little rushed, but it is easy to contact her office with questions in between visits. They use a great patient portal that has all of your information as well as an easy way to contact the office. The office is always prompt in returning calls or following up. I have spoken to a rude staff member or two before, but 99% of the time everyone has been super nice, very helpful, and always prompt! She shares… the office with Dr. Hooper and sometimes they get very busy. I have had to wait ~20 mins before for my appt when I arrived early, but that was only a couple times in 2 years. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Jackson for her sound medical knowledge, her experience, and her personality.

Treated the illness and not the person--rushed through and spent maybe 5 minutes with me and made assumptions about me without having a conversation with me--must be limited by the medical practice in the time allowed to see a patient..guess out to make money by seeing many illnesses(not people with illnesses) within a time period. The receptionists were the BEST--eye contact, friendly, helpful

I think that she is informed and is a truly caring physician.

I have tried a couple places and have not had great results from injectables. I absolutely love what Dr. Jackson did, she actually recommended doing less than what I thought I wanted. She was right, it looks so natural and pretty, plus it cost me less than what I was expecting to pay!!!

I have treated with Dr Jackson for three years. While she is a busy, she knows what she is doing and has an excellent bedside manner. She is very professional and always answers whatever questions I have. I highly recommend her

Thanks to Dr. Jackson my acne is gone and my skin is better that ever. I have never had clear skin in my life. Dr. Jackson and her staff are wonderful.

The doctor spent approximately 5 minutes with me, stabbed me in the face to pop a zit, then left me with a prescription and laughingly charged me $265 for the experience. She was out the door so fast I couldn't ask the questions I came to have answered. Also, it took over a month to get an appointment. Guess they think because of the lack of doctors in the city, they can charge whatever they want. My new dermatologist, on the north shore was shocked when I told her how much I was charged for the visit.

I loved the office atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and I left with no unanswered questions.
