Dr. Sarah Rose Karalitzky, MD

My visit with Dr. Karalitzky was deeply disappointing. She was late. She was disengaged throughout the appointment. She barely responded to my questions, didn’t offer any explanations, and made no effort to ease my anxiety or discomfort. I felt like I was talking to a wall. The Pap smear itself was unusually painful, and she showed no concern before, during, or after the procedure.

I wish I could give 0 stars. She should work on her bedside manner. Very cold woman. Also, a patient's time is just as valuable as a doctors-not even an apology for having to wait 1 hour to be seen. Will not be going back. Good luck to anyone that is seeking a kind, understanding doctor..you will not find it in her. Hope whatever makes her so miserable changes so she can turn a leaf.

Went in for my annual pap exam with a UTI. I warned her about the pain I was already in and she disregarded what I was saying. Told me she couldn’t find my cervix, this was the worst exam and while I was crying in pain I moved and she stabbed my me with the tool internally. Went to the bathroom to calm down and was bleeding. The nurses heard me and Sarah refused to see me after. Didn’t get to properly treat me for my UTI and any of my other concerns and was so empty didn’t care about how much pain she put me through. 2 weeks later and I’m still suffering from my Pap smear.

Absolutely horrible , no help , no advice , told me if my insurance won’t cover an MRI - she will not fight for it . She seemed so inpatient when I was telling her my issue , as if she wanted to rush and move on to next patient:( Needless to say found another practice with another Doctor ! What a big difference in knowledge and bed side manners !!If you decide to see her , all I can say is GOODLUCK !

When meeting, Dr Karalitzky did not introduce herself. She opened with “well what’s going on with you?” We has just had a sonogram in which no heartbeat was detected. We wanted answers, not her lack of them. She was really insensitive to my feelings and handled the situation terribly.

She has no tact, gave me no advice in reference to my problem, sounded heartless, barely spent any time addressing my concerns, I would never want to have a visit with her again.

This doctor seems very inexperienced. After asking a question, she sat staring at me for what felt like 2 minutes, then asked "well what do you think?" I promptly made an appointment with another doctor.

I love Dr. Karalitsky. She is young, smart and knows her stuff. She is so sweet and caring, she makes you feel at ease-- what more could you ask for in an OB?
