Dr. Sarah L Mctighe, DO

This Dr. never returned my calls. She prescribed meds and never called me back to answer my concerns. I had to wean myself off of meds , and had to beg her office to have a covering Dr. to call me back. They never answer the phone, and have the worst most impersonal and frustrating automated phone tree- you have to pray someone calls you back-never did a live person answer the phone. They tried to have the office manager call me after I asked to speak to the Dr. for three days, and she told me they could not understand my messages -they were rude and condescending and don't have time for patients. I am appalled that this is how they treat people.They had the medical assistance send the incorrect dosing to the pharmacy without talking with me. This office should be shut down! Vets offices treat their patients better.
