Dr. Sarah M. Kindt, DO

When I first saw Dr. Kindt she was friendly and thorough. I had a few blood tests done and an MRI. When it was time for the results I had to call to get them and ask-they didn’t call me. I finally got a call back- it was a nurse and my results weren’t good. She couldn’t answer any of my questions or concerns. She told me to go to the emergency room if my symptoms worsened and to see a spine specialist within 48 hours but couldn’t tell me why the urgency. I tried to get in contact the entire next day to get a better understanding of what was going on and the severity of my diagnosis. Talked to another nurse and said she would ask the dr and I still didn’t get a call back. After I called again the receptionist told me to go to the emergency room bc I had fluid in my spine but still couldn’t tell me what the reason for going to the ER was. It was a very stressful two days that could have easily been a much better experience if Dr. Kindt could have taken 5 minutes out of her day to explain… the results and answered my questions. When I got to the ER they said it was not a life threatening condition and didn’t know why she would send me to them when I had an 8:30am apt the next day.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kindts for several years. She caught a Pulmonary Embolism by luck thinking I had Pneumonia and I am very grateful for her for that. However, most recently, she took me off of work 2 months ago for some concerning symptoms that were found to be Fibromyalgia, however the 1st 2 weeks that I was off work, I sat at home with scans and tests that were clea . Still unable to go back to work. Not sure why... I took it upon myself to see a Ruematologist and the diagnosis was instant. Blood work was ran for low iron and Dr. Kindt told me to stay off work another 10 days and re due my blood work only to find that she never placed blood order in system which delayed me yet another day off work, she was sick with the flu so she wasn't seeing patients for 2 days. She came back to work only to say she wasn't seeing any extra people on schedule until Wednesday or Thursday so I was delayed on getting to work yet again! After 1st iron levels showed low, I called my… hematologist to see if they could get me in to work with me in blood work inly to find that Dr. Kindt said no to that idea... So, here I am, with even a lower blood iron result, no call from Dr. Kindt, chest pain, weakness, fatigue, sick to my stomach you name it...I had no choice but to release myself from her care to seek a Dr that would get me back to work in a timely manner and would tend to my needs. The office staff are horrible except for Jill. She is in the right field for a career but everyone else, including nurse Janet, are awful and make you feel like a burden to them when you have questions. Renee is also a nurse and she is amazing but as for the other doctors in this practice, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! My father cancer was misdiagnosed for several MONTHS from this office as well.

I've been under the care of many doctors in my lifetime, and Dr. Kindt is one of the best I've ever had. She is extremely knowledgable, takes time to listen to me, asks intelligent and relevant questions, treats me like a person and not a customer/client/number, and is both compassionate and professional simultaneously. I'm thankful to have found her. I'm glad someone recommended her to me. Now I, in turn, am recommending her to you.

I like her. She is thorough and pays close attention to what you tell her. She seems committed to providing high quality care.
