Dr. Sarah Lacy, MD

From lost referrals to poor records this office fails on all fronts. The staff has failed us at every turn. We have had referrals lost or just not completed. We have had records not documented properly (vaccinations that we knew our children had and that we documented but they had no record of). If you need a well-baby check-up you'll be fine. But just hope you don't need anything more. This doctor actually walked into the exam room on one occasion and began talking to us about some medical condition and when she saw the look on our faces she said, "Oh, this is the wrong chart." You are nothing but a number (with a $ in front of it) to this doctor and to the IHA office. Steer clear.

Wonderful. Very through and informative. Shows how much she cares at every appointment. Has gone out of her way to make sure my daughters' health concerns are being addressed.
