Dr. Sarah Elizabeth Slater Lang, MD

Prescribed a pb med that was screwing up my kidneys now I have to see a specialist !!!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Lang. When I first started seeing her, she and her staff were very courteous, no long on hold times, was able to make an appointment easily, getting prescription refills was a breeze. Now, 10-11 years later, her staff is very rude on the phone, it can take up to 3-4 weeks to get an appointment for an illness such as an ear infection or sinus infection. I am on medication and the last 2 times I needed refills, the refill request from the pharmacy was ignored by her office, and I had to call multiple times (a couple of times AFTER my medication ran out, and I refill my prescriptions a week before needed) to FINALLY get the refill submitted to the pharmacy. I am unfortunately going to have to look for a new dr. I miss the old Dr. Lang's office.

Dr. Lang is everything a physician should be: expert, kind, and helpful

This was my first visit with Dr. Lang and I was very impressed! She is not only knowledgable and friendly but it's like sitting around with an old friend and just chatting! She took a good amount of time explaining everything in detail and answering all of my questions thorougly. She is very down-to-earth and the staff is very friendly as well. I felt very comfortable with her and will DEFEINETELY be making her my primary care physician for hopefully years to come!

dr.lang is the best doctor i've ever been to she sits down and listens to your problems and doesnt rush through your appointment. she will take all the time you need and will take care of you properly! i never met a doctor that takes so much time to sit down and listen and explain to you everything you need to know like she does! to me and my family shes truely the best doctor ever!
