THIS OFFICE REALLY GIVES BAYLOR A BAD NAME. THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT, THE SO CALLED DOCTOR IS AN IDIOT. IF THERE WAS ANOTHER DOCTOR IN QUINLAN WE WOULD LEAVE, BUT DR. LAY IS OUR ONLY CHOICE . bAYLOR YOU REALLY NEED TO CHECK THIS OFFICE, THEY HAVE N IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

I have been a patient for years. Started off great . Then things changed. She started over booking and placing you with her PA On several things that would be ok. Minor illness. But, somethings that I think is serious I want to see the MD. There are times she'll have her office call and change your appointment. That has happen several times and some of those times they want you to see someone else in the office. We have to call 24 hours in advance if we can't make our appt. I was sitting in the parking lot waiting to go in when my cell phone rang and it was her office calling to telling me Dr. Lay wasn't coming in. Dr. Lay I know she is a excellent Dr. I think she needs another MD to help carry the load. I can't speak for others but , I'd rather see a MD than PA

She's very caring and is willing to listen. I wouldn't trade her for any other!
