Dr Sarah Christine Lilly

I was a patient of Dr. Lilly, and I would not recommend her to anyone. I wonder who's writing the positive reviews here; are some or all written by Dr. Lilly herself, her friends, her family, or her staff? I will admit our first visit was okay; she tried hard to win me over as patient, but after that it went downhill, way downhill. Dr. Lilly puts herself out as a thorough, caring, smart physician, when, in my experience, she's a limited, careless, quasi-ignorant one. She's also a wiz at blaming others for her failings. What patients need in their primary care physician is a wiz at medicine. No such luck here.

Dr. Sarah Lilly is caring, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to take care of my health. She personally follows up with me after every test. She once took care of the wound on my hand after her nurse refused to do it. As a result I didn’t have to go to the emergency room. She makes an appointment for me at a short notice when necessary. I am glad I found he, she is an excellent doctor.

Not sure about Dr. Lilly's diagnostic skills. She reads your bloodwork and that's about it. Her front desk staff is bad. Especially Theresa.

I’ve been seeing Dr Lilly as my PCP for over 2 years now. She’s been super efficient in making sure I am taken care of and always urges me to visit her more often. I’ve had a stroke of bad luck with my health and needed a reliable doctor. She came highly recommended and hope she contributes to stay in practice and take my insurance. Her staff are better that they issued to be. I stay on top them as should anyone with any serious health problems.

Dr. Lilly is knowledgable, kind and caring. I trust her judgement and feel that I am in good hands with her.

Dr. Lilly is a very attractive, beautifully dressed woman who makes a great first impression. She appears conscientious, meticulous, perfectionistic, thorough, and comprehensive. In my experience, after some time, little or none of those attributes could be used to describe her, which is a shame.

Arrogant, no compassion, uncaring about effects of her recommendations. Worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of seeing.

While there's more I can say here, including on Dr. Sarah Lilly herself, I will limit my comment to her office staff: unprofessional, incompetent, rude, and chaotic. It's downright shameful.

Disorganized, rushed and lack of followup with patient care. Called for find out results of ultrasound only to be told that results would be discussed with me in several months at follow-up appointment. When you go for an ultrasound, it is because you are concerned about a particular medical issue. For a "Doctor" to believe that it is acceptable to have a patient wait months before receiving vital results from a test is unacceptable. Needless to say, I will be seeking another doctor who has a focused on patient care.

Dealing with this medical office for a short period of time has been an unbelievably frustrating experience. After having agreed with Dr. Lilly to call her on or around the 23rd of every month to have my prescription re-filled (before I run out), it is now the 4th day of the following month and I am still trying. I've called the office about five times to get the run-around from four different receptionists. Dr. Lilly has no intention of calling back which shows a complete lack of care when a patient is dissatisfied. Each receptionist also has different information which shows what kind of internal communication takes place here. The bottom line is that we agreed to have an arrangement which Dr. Lilly (and her entire staff) seems to have completely forgotten about. Two days ago I finally got a receptionist to agree to put the prescription in the mail (which should have happened on the 23rd ... as agreed). It still has not arrived and I am all out. Dr. Lilly: no… amount of superficial charm can compensate for a highly IRRESPONSIBLE DOCTOR with an even less responsible staff. Good luck.
