She doesn’t care about patients. She rushed and was dismissive about concerns and tried to end after every question.

She just goes through the motions and doesn't take concerns seriously. Her staff injected "something" into my head that made my hair fall out. Waste of money

Pathetic. She spoke over me, developed her own impressions, never listened to me and cut me off several times, zero interest in what I was saying..she already had it all figured out. Then told me all I was saying was neurotic and delusional. By far the ONLY worst ever doctor appointment that I've ever had . A complete waste of money. The woman thinks she knows it all, and is frankly, delusional! This woman could care less about you.

The visit took 5 mins ( including full body check). She showed zero interest in this appointment. I had a feeling that i am stealing her time.

This was by far the worst doctor appointment I've ever had. I received authorization from my insurance to have some millia and blocked oil glands treated. Half way through the extremely painful zapping and after grimacing in pain, verbally expressing pain and having trouble breathing normally, I said to Dr. Maggio "You'd think there'd be some kind of anesthetic you could put on my forehead to lessen the pain." Her reply; "There is, there's a cream but it takes 30 minutes to work." Well, HELLO, I think I could have found the 30 minutes - even if it meant sitting in the waiting room with cream on my forehead - to avoid all this pain! And, by the way, the procedure wasn't even done under professional medical lighting. Dr. Maggio had the nurse hold her cellphone camera light over my forehead. Once she zapped the last thing, BOOM, she was out the door. No "are you feeling okay," no Q&A, no post-procedure advice for the pain or a handout about how to take care of the redness. Upon arriving… home, I called the office and complained to the office manager who, THANK GOD, was as appalled by what I experienced as I was. She said their patient's comfort during any procedure is #1 to them and Dr. Maggio should have told me there was an anesthetic cream available BEFORE starting the procedure. This dermatology office is rated 5 STARS. I like their staff, great front office, and I've rescheduled with a different dematologist there for my follow because I trust the Office Manager and believe they must be 5 stars despite Dr. Maggio. I will give the office a second chance but I would never, ever recommend Dr. Sarah Maggio to anyone but a masochist. She gets ONE star from this guy.

The best doctor. Being a recent graduate up to date on all medications and procedures. Excellent.

Dr. Maggio is honestly one of the best doctors you can ever see. She is kind, and takes time with you. I have never had a more one to one interaction with any doctor that really cares about the well being of his or her patient. She explains everything in detail and always make me feel at easy. Not to mention that her nurses are just as kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommended Dr. Maggio to friends and family.
