My daughter has a life threatening condition. She suffers from an eating disorder. Dr. Mermelstein promised to make a difference. Within a month of that promise, she quit. She dropped my child as a client before ensuring that my daughter had physician to take over care. She left my daughter who has a life threatening condition and requires monitoring, without anyone. It takes weeks to get in with a new physician for a new client appointment. This was incredibly neglectful. Doctors get away with this all time. What I want you to know about this doctor is that she is NOT in it to win it. When it gets hard, she quits. She is a quitter. Don’t expect her to see you through a difficult situation with your child. She will leave you alone without anyone for your child. It’s ok to let me down, but she let down my child. Now my child is battling her life threatening condition alone. She could die but this doctor does not care. She cares only for herself.

Excellent physician! My daughter really relates well with her. MD really listens and tailor 's her approach to your needs.
