I have been going to Dr Mess for about 14 years now and EVERY visit leaves me beyond impressed and elated. I’ve had injections, surgery, halo and BBL treatments as well as purchased many products including Latisse and the TNS line. I would not trust anyone else to do anything with my face. I get so many compliments on my skin due to her skillful techniques and personalized recommendations. She and her staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have seen Dr. Mess over the past 5 years several times. She was always warm and engaging and provided excellent services. Since the opening of her new office/surgerical center, the friendly, warm, calm visits have turned into a rushed, extended waiting to be seen (1 hour) and then hurried out of my procedure as fast as she could. She was no longer engaging and I was aware of her anxiousness in checking me off of her list of appointments. Not sure if I will return.

My experience with Dr. Sarah Mess was exceptional! She is knowledgeable and thorough and she also has wonderful bed side manner. She made me feel comfortable throughout my entire experience. Additionally, her staff is awesome! They are on top of things, friendly, and just make you feel right at home. Never once did I feel like a "number." I went to see Dr. Mess for some minor skin issues. She took the time to listen to my concerns and discussed the pros and cons of the various options. After the consult I wound up having a few moles removed from my chest and face. The process was quick and I am happy to say left very little scaring. I would definitely go back.
