Took my son to MASH Urgent care and this doctor waited on us. My sons lip was triple the size it should be, and very painful. This doctor told him it was a deep zit, take motrin and put ice on it. When I told her that I wasn't buying it, she took a second look at his lip, said yup its a zit and walked out. My son ended up going to ECMC er the next day, and was told it was a bad infection and should have been doing heat not ice, and was put on a heavy duty antibiotic. This doctor is horrible!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Morris for 16 years. I can not say enough good things about her. Always kind and caring! Hope she never retires. Dr. Morris is always up on all the newest medical news. I know I am in good hands , I have work in the medical field for 30 years and have only seen a handful of good doctors. Dr. Morris is #1

She always spends a nice amount of time explaining everything. Her office(s) are ery clean.

I think Dr. Morris and her staff are caring individuals and spend adequate time with patients in the office. Any issues I have encountered are organizational or systems related. Billing issues and follow-through with refilling prescriptions are the only problems I have encountered. Also, phone coverage is spotty and ansering service picks up frequently during what should be office hours.
