Sarah is a dedicated healthcare professional with a rich background in nursing and a commitment to holistic patient care. After graduating from Oakland University School of Nursing, she honed her skills over the course of more than a decade, gaining valuable experience in high-pressure environments such as the emergency room and cardiology units. Eager to expand her scope of practice, she pursued further education at The University of Michigan-Flint, earning a degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Now, as a valued member of the Total Health Systems team, Sarah is thrilled to offer patients comprehensive care that integrates multiple modalities. Believing firmly in a holistic approach to wellness, she is passionate about empowering patients to live their best lives. Her particular focus lies in educating women going through menopause, guiding them to embrace this stage of life with vitality and confidence.
