Dr. Does not accommodate to refill request everyte I come here I've had to call them numerous times or my pharmacy has to send them my prescription refill because they take long in sending the approval back. Not to mention The wait time has gotten worse. Also dr does not take my calls unless it's urgent !

I was a bit concerned about my visit at first with Dr.Porkka after reading Bruce's review, but I must say from my own experience that it was pleasant, I was able to book an appointment very easily and got reminder calls for my follow up on time. As far as Dr.Porkka she very professional and knows what she is doing, got straight to the point and helped me with skin issue. Thank you once again

The office staff loses track of appointments, grossly compromising follow-up. They have an incompetence matched only by their arrogance.

I found Dr. Porkka to be very knowledgable and professional. She listened to all of my concerns and addressed them fully. I have been to other dermatologists who had months long waits for an appointment and then seemed like they couldn't be bothered with some of my questions when I finally saw them. I highly recommend Dr. Porkka and wish all of my doctors were like her.
