Sarah is the only doctor i have met that treats her patients with respect. she is very pleasant when speaking and will help any way that she can

Great doctor to see she ask questions and answers all question a person has about any and everything you ask her about. Does not mind to spend the little extra time if you have question about other doctor you have seen because you do not understand the what the where going to do to you.

Staff was polite to me, I was in the exam room quickly. The doctor took the time to sit and listen to me.

Always orders bloodwork even on a weekly bases which is not needed

Dr Porter is new to this location/office. She is great- easy to talk with, very knowledgeable..... Unfortunately she kept the staff from the previous doctor and I see that as her down fall unless she corrects this. The front staff leaves you on hold, never to return. Takes a average of 4 repeated calls to make an appt. Instead of answering a question they argued with me for 2 weeks if they had or not. Do you really think I would endure their attitude if I already got the info. And even if I had, just tell me again. I ended up getting upset and complaining only to be rudely told they don't give that info over the phone even though for 2wks they told me they had. Thats just the being. Save the grief and go elsewhere
