Dr. Pumphrey always goes above and beyond. When you visit her, you know that she will give you her undivided attention. This appointment was sensitive in nature regarding my daughter's mental health and she treated us like we were the only patients in the clinic. She didn't rush, but waited, listened empathically, and provided assuring comments and advice.

It was our first time with this provider. They were extremely detailed, considerate, professional, and caring towards my child. Explanations were thorough and they addressed all of my concerns. The provider also made sure that the clinic followed up the next day to check how my daughter was doing, which not only meant a lot to me but assured me my daughter was receiving excellent care.

Dr Karp was very helpful and fast in helping my child. He also drew pictures to show me what was going on and help me understand the situation better. He also called me later that evening to check up on him which really meant a lot to me as well! Definitely a very good and caring doctor
