I'm deeply concerned about Dr. Sarah’s recent advocacy for continuing the use of fluoride in Monroe’s drinking water. A growing body of scientific literature, including both U.S. and international studies, links early-life fluoride exposure to reduced IQ, increased ADHD symptoms, and higher rates of emotional and somatic issues in children—such as headaches, anxiety, and behaviors associated with autism. Some research even points to a greater likelihood of future incarceration when children are exposed to fluoridation from birth through age five. Despite these findings, Dr. Sarah appears unwilling to acknowledge the potential harms. I believe it is imperative that healthcare professionals remain up to date with the latest science and prioritize long-term public health over outdated practices.

Sarah is kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She helped me work through trauma, gave me strategies to help lessen my anxiety and listened without judgement. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking for a counselor who cares.
