Dr. Sarah Rose Rodman Scott, MD

I went to go see Dr. Sarah R. Scott and I was very displeased with the attention that she provided. She barely even glanced at my skin issue and my concern was not addressed at all. It took me longer to check in than it took for her to examine me. She was the most dismissive doctor I've ever encountered my whole life. She did not listen to anything I was telling her. I would not recommend this dermatologist to anyone. If I could put a negative star, I would but that's not an option here.

Awful experience. First, I got sent to the wrong location when I booked my appointment. They told me to drive from Junius to the North Dallas location and they would see me. Once I got to the new location, I checked in and waited... and waited... and waited... Eventually got sent to an exam room, where I waited another 45 minutes. I asked several times what was going on and kept being told dismissively that the doctor would be there "soon". When she finally showed up I had a three minute appointment. THREE MINUTES. What should have been a 30 min doctor's appointment turned into a two hour ordeal of mostly waiting and dealing with unconcerned staff... I'm not usually picky about customer service, but I would not recommend this to anyone, they clearly do not care at all.

Both my wife and I just went to Dr. Scott for the first time. We both found her to be quick, around 5 minutes in her presence for the first visit. Not thorough. Office staff leaves a lot to be desired.

I called the billing office to help me understand my prices with my insurance. VERY helpful and nice. I also got an appointment within the week, so it worked out well. As for the doctor, I had Dr. Scott and she was very nice. She was a little rushed, but there were a lot of people waiting for her. I can understand. Though, she said that if I had any questions, to always call. She was concerned about my needs and answered all my questions.
