Dr. Spadafina took over our existing family physician's practice. We have received excellent care from Dr. Spadafina. She does not make us feel rushed, she listens to everything that we are communicating during our office visits and her care is excellent. We are very happy that she has come to Commack and we hope she never leaves!

Dr Spadafina is a caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable doctor. She gives you her time and full attention. I have SEVERAL health issues, and she took the time to go over each one with me, so she fully understood what I am dealing with, and what she will be dealing with as having me as a patient. Unfortunately, she seems to no longer be at the Commack location, where I go. My original doctor just sold her practice, and all the staff left, too. I didn’t see the main doctor. I saw the nurse practitioner, and I LOVED her. It has been ridiculous ever since. It seems like there is a new doctor every few months. DR. SPADAFINA, WHERE ARE YOU ???

This office is just not the same . Do yourself a favor and find a new doctor . The nurse is completely unprofessional.

Not reliable with appts. Thats my only complain. They cancel appointments, then they reschedule appts, they don't call back. I find the office to be so different than when it was Dr A. And I have yet to meet the doc because everyone i know just sees the PA. The PA is fine just really reading bloodwork and basic care so its fine. But i dont like how unreliable the office is. Plus they tried to charge me for a copay I had already paid and only because I challenged the payment did they look into it and then realize they were wrong. Not happy.

Starting with Sandy on the phone, very accommodating, friendly office. Dr. Sarafina was precise, caring and knowledgeable.

We will no longer be patients at this office in commack. New office policy that your spouse or anyone else is allowed in the office with you during and exam. Hundreds of thousands of doctors out there that are more than accomodating.
