Dr. Sarah Huntley Spillman, DO

I’m so glad I found Dr. Spillman, she listens to what’s wrong, she is patient, kind, and thorough; and I really appreciate that after seeing so many docs who just don’t care or will tell you nothing is wrong because they don’t know what’s wrong with you. I would definitely recommend her, she is wonderful.

rude staff, dosen't listen, hopes PA figures out whats wrong she's to busy to, waste of tome going there lol when you can get thru to get in, not the best place to get better

She is amazing! She always has time to listen and she is very kind. The support staff is great, too. I rarely have to wait more then 15 minutes.

Dr. Spillman has an excellent bedside manner. I am very pleased that i an under her care. The office staff is very friendly, she explains all aspects of your course of treatment. Above all else she listens and make you feel comfortable to ask her any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Spillman.

I have not had any of the negative stuff i have read in these reviews. The office staff have all been polite and professional. Dr Spillman is in my experience an excellent doctor. She listens and is clear when she answers questions. She is also thourogh in what she does. Highly recommend

It's very hard to get an appointment with Dr. Spillman. Her office tries pushing you off on a Nurse Practioner. My original staff member was not helpful at all - she was actually very rude.

Very caring and professional

The receptionists are beyond rude. Maybe because they are overworked? It takes 20 minutes even to get someone (rude) on the phone. They truly seem annoyed when you call for anything - to schedule an appointment, get results. I actually had one refuse to leave a message for a nurse. It is also difficult to get results. (No one proactively calls/ They are always missing results.) It's a hot mess. And I feel completely dismissed. Looking for a new doc as we speak.

Horrible practice. The staff- not the doctor were so rude to my sick mother who was late 8 minutes late to her appointment. They lied about the doctor being in house and then wouldn't let her keep the scheduled appointment. They have zero people skills and I am disgusted at how they treat people and value their patients. Stay away from this practice.
