Dr. Sarah E Subak-Krah, MD

Had a list of four topics to discuss at my annual visit. She didn't even read the list (single word per line, so a whole four words), told me she wouldn't have time for everything, and to prioritize the things I wanted to discuss. When I voiced mental health concerns she immediately shut me down, while telling me she didn't actually have experience in that area. She was very condescending and belittling in a time I was vulnerable. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience, that she would rather be with and thinking about her family, and openly told me she was trying to figure out how to do her medical coding about me instead of talking to me.

Fabulous physician who is a great gatekeeper for my myriad of health conditions. I trust her completely and value her insight

Incredibly rude, dismissive, disrespectful and judgemental. When I came to this provider for anxiety and depression she dismissed my concerns, often tells me any issues I have are because I'm overweight (my BMI is 25) or due to the number of tattoos I have (?). I wish I could change PCP's, but the wait is about 3 months at this point. Intermed as a whole is okay, but she is horrific. DO NOT SEE HER.

Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but I had to see Sarah when my Dr was on vacation and found her to be cold and condescending. She didn’t rush thru the appt which was a good thing but her attitude during the whole visit made me feel like I was such an inconvenience to her. Made me appreciate my regular Dr so much!

This doctor gave me awful care and showed a disregard for my health. It was hard to get an appointment and if I got in to see her, she was often dismissive. She mocked any alternative methods of care such as herbal remedies and diet. My biggest concern is that she did not listen. She was quick to throw out several diagnosis, which were all wrong. I found treatment elsewhere. When I shared my experience with her, she again mocked me and I was very condescending. She was not open to improving her practice or bedside manner. Health is too important to put into the care of a doctor who doesn’t listen to their patient.
