This was my first visit to Baystate Women's Health located in Westfield.I detest a gyn exam. It is humiliating to lay on a table spread eagle for an examination. Dreadful. What women have to go through. That being said Ms. Todd was excellent!I called the office to express my pleasure with her service. She was gentle and sensitive. She was great. Happy to have it " behind " me. Excellent provider. Please be sure to pass this along to her. Thank you.
