Sarah was so gentle and kind. She communicated with me through the appointment and reassured me the entire time.

Really good and informative experience. Care give was very friendly too.

I will absolutely be going to Sarah for all future obgyn needs. She was friendly, kind, actively listened to my concerns, and was willing to offer me alternative options and accommodations. She was also accepting of me not wanting any alternative options and did not push me or make me feel bad or uncomfortable for my decision.

My experience was honestly just strange. When it was time to do the exam and I was exposed, the sheet fell and the provider jokingly said we could make eye contact. It was uncomfortable. I believe my issue at hand and why I went to OB was out of her ball park, as she openly stated she had never seen anything like this before and sent me on my way. I didn't get very many answers, nor was I told to follow up with an OB who might know more information. I wouldn't recommend this provider after my experience. Nor will I see her again.

When getting my last IUD placed it was not a good experience and it had nothing to do with the provider and everything to do with my anatomy, but due to the placement, I was extremely anxious and worried the provider would think I was dramatic. If she did this I was dramatic I would of never known. She was absolutely 100% WONDERFUL!! She took her time, listened to my concerns, and addressed them in real time. We made a plan TOGETHER!! She did an amazing job removing my IUD and there was virtually no problems!! Alot of the time so many of these facilities are about getting ppl in and out and forgetting that patients do know and feel when they are a number or an actual patient and this provider was able to cross off all the things on her metrics and provide GOOD QUALITY care. I do wish big places like essentia could remember that providers and nurses are human also and by placing them under such wild metrics because of the best reimbursement rates doesn't also mean good care, in fact I… find that providers who have great metrics are less liked by their patients. This provider managed to provide excellent care and I would hope her metrics matches that as well.
