D. Vakkalanka always makes my visits and procedures as pleasant as humanly possible. With a firm command of her field and east going demeanor means you will be confident with her skills positive about the outcome of treatment. I have had three surgeries with her and each time she has done extra work for my disfigured noise. I can breathe out of both sides for the first time in 25 years... and my nose is straighter. She is always genuine and professional.

I was happy with nasal polyp surgery outcome, but the really long waiting times, unfriendly/inept staff and billing practices/final costs make me wish I had gone elsewhere. -The waiting times were unpredictable, it was between 10 minutes and an hour and 10 minutes or more so don't make any plans too close to your appointment time, I made that mistake twice. -The staff was difficult to work with at best, however, one employee, Ashley, was very nice and really did try to do her best to help with questions or concerns. -This office requires a large portion of the payment up front, before the surgery is done, I wish I would have known that I could contest that, I would have not paid up front and waited for the final cost break down to come from my insurance company. By charging up front the office can easily over charge. The itemized bill they sent me was a joke, no explanations for any of the charges, just a massive list of numbers that would take hours and hours to try and go… through and decipher any sort of meaning. In the end my total cost was more than double what I was told my out of pocket cost was going to be.

She is very nice , Friendly also very professional , clean and supportive she is wonderful and one of the best Doctors I have ever meet.

Dr. Sarah was recommended by my PCP. She diagnosed my issue and performed sugary on me. She was fantastic in all respects. Would recommend her highly.
