Sarah Whitlock is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and seniors address specific needs and challenges related to achieving personal growth and living life on purpose. Sarah's areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, working with the impact of chronic illness, and major life transitions. She completed her Master's degree at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University-College Station. Sarah utilizes a variety of treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing.We all face challenges in life and she believes that our responses are what make us human.
