Had multiple fillings replaced from shoddy work I had done a little over a year ago. The office was prompt to schedule me to correct my issue and followed through with everything they spoke to me about. Dr Wilmer and her staff are very warm and laid back makes you feel right at home. Totally comfortable. They are very informative and show you what’s going on and how to fix it. Like a mini dental education while your getting your teeth fixed. Makes going to the dentist a great experience. Zero pressure for upgrades and from the front to the back they care about their patients and it shows. They got a patient for life from me and my family!

Loved Dr. Wilson. I hadn't been to a dentist in a couple of years and she put me right at ease working me in as a new patient for an emergency visit. Ended up needing root canal and crown done. Long process but was fine. Made it known when all the estimates were being put in front of me that I don't approve procedures not covered by my insurance. Thought the year had deep cleaning done and ended up breaking a tooth which once again handled in fast manner to get me in and get to specialist to extract and set me up post for implant. By this time, had no benefits left for year but had a couple of fillings to be done which I went ahead and scheduled to do knowing I still had money in health spending to cover. Presented with estimate where everything showed zero as expected payment from insurance but was told that was because no benefits left for year but they wouldn't bill me until all submitted to Insurance company and then I would pay what Delta determined was the reasonable amount.… Fantastic. At this point, I had almost a $500 Credit Balance with the office. 2 fillings done and a dab of fluoride put on back tooth that was sensitive. Invoiced next day from dentist with handwritten message everything had been submitted to insurance. Next month get almost a $300 bill from them so I checked explanation of benefits and that was not shown as what was my responsibility. I went back over the entire year using EOBs, what was submitted, paid by insurance and my portion. Final figure was I should still owe them $6 and some change so I faxed my spreadsheet to them and asked them to send me a copy of the accounting for the last year because there was a definite difference in the 2. Was told I signed the estimate and presented with another copy of the final invoice sent. After numerous calls to the office, (by this time they had turned it over to collections), I was told by the front office that they did not submit the "unspecified perio procedure" or 'full mouth adult fluoride treatment" to the insurance company because they were non covered expenses and were my responsibility. After being told everything was submitted so I could pay with my health spending to only find out that they weren't submitted seems to be a bait and switch not to mention there was no full mouth fluoride treatment done nor any unspecified perio procedure (which to me is like the emperor's new clothes). I had 2 fillings done period. I asked for the Dr to contact me. Have heard nothing. Have gotten letters from their attorney and let them know I will not be paying that balance and I hope they do take me to court because I will take action against them. They lost their right to continue to attempt to collect the minute they said everything was billed and by failing to respond to my dispute request within 60 days. Miss the dental care and am sorry they are not going to get the extra $280 they felt they were entitled to with billing me for services not performed, on top of the thousands of dollars they had already been paid from the insurance company and myself already.
