Dr. Sarah Thomas

Dr. Thomas took over a week to fill my meds. I had to call and message multiple times. I knew a friend went to this Dr and couldn't remember why had apprehension. It seems like this is something that Dr. Thomas does. She just does not put in peoples prescription requests. My cats get their prescriptions quicker from my vet than I get my meds filled. After countless calls I do not have a resolution yet and will be leaving Banner due to Dr. Thomas. It's a real shame because I loved my PA before also left Banner. I should have listened to her and gone to the other PA. But I'd rather go to a smaller practice recommended by a friend.

Dr. Thomas spent almost an hour with me answering all kinds of questions. It is apparent that she genuinely cares about the health of her patients, and her staff was also amazing. I had almost a zero wait time for my appointment, too. I am so lucky to have found such a great doctor, and in my zip code as well!
