Dr. Nadella is very concerned about the patient. She does a great job of asking questions and works to get to the root of the problem. She is working hard to solve my pain. Appreciate all that she has done so far.

She didn’t seem interested in me … she was rude … she seemed irritated that I get my back injections somewhere else … she said “if you’ve been on pain for over ten years why are you here to see me?” She was rushed and not professional at all! She didn’t even ask where my pain was, she just said she would order an MRI and go from there … I felt neglected and unheard … I will get another doctor for my follow up …

She questioned me like an interrogation … not personable at all … didn’t tell what my x-rays showed … seemed irritated that I get my spinal injections elsewhere … “why are you here if you get your injections somewhere else?” Rude, not informative, rushed, condescending … I will be requesting another doctor …

Dr. Nadella listened to all my concerns and made sure I understood everything we discussed.

She’s is a very competent and compassionate doctor. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with spinal pain.
