Dr. Saranya Reghunathan, MD

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Reghunathan at Advanced Voice & ENT in Camarillo for anyone who is having ear, nose, and/or throat problems. I just got home from having a minor procedure done and I was so impressed and grateful to Dr. Reghunathan and her entire office staff for such a seamless and patient centered experience. I had previously seen a different ENT and did not feel my concerns were addressed, but I am not usually the type of patient who seeks second opinions. However once I met with Dr. Reghunathan, I was so relieved that I did get the second opinion and actually felt like she was listening to me and really cared. Her office staff are all absolutely fantastic and are very knowledgeable regarding insurance, so they will make sure you are taken care of and informed along the way. At one point before my procedure, Dr. Reghunathan had actually personally called me on the phone and spent quite a bit of time addressing my concerns and just checking in on me. I was absolutely blown away… by the personalized patient experience that she provides. I was so deeply touched by her simply calling me because this is not very common in medicine today, and Dr. Reghunathan reminded me that while healthcare can seem so daunting these days, and patients often feel like just another number, there are plenty of healthcare providers out there that really truly care about their patients and their well-being. My procedure was absolutely seamless from start to finish, Dr. Reghunathan took the time to fully explain the procedure every step of the way and checks in frequently to make sure you are comfortable. Her office staff are there to support her and they were very comforting during my procedure. After the procedure she waited in the room with me to make sure I was feeling okay and we just chatted a bit. It was so easy to tell that Dr. Reghunathan has a genuine care and concern for her patients' overall well being. THANK YOU so very much to Dr. Reghunathan and her incredible staff for my experience with your office, I am SO grateful for the level of care and consideration that I received. She will absolutely be my go-to doctor if I ever have any ENT issues in the future. Once again I highly recommend Dr. Reghunathan at Advanced Voice & ENT!!!
