I have been with the Baylor health system for well over 16 yrs and have been satisfied with my health care providers but my experience with this provider has been the most trying and disappointing experience. She has 0 bed side manners, she doesn't listen and she truly doesn't show that she cares for my health care. I am not going to see her again and I would never recommend her to anyone. Her disappointing service has made me reevaluate my whether I will remain with the Baylor health care system. She has no compassion and really should does not communicate well to help the patient understand why changes are made. If she treats her other clients in the way I experienced this will reflect in a decline and dissatisfaction of your service. I believe that I gave her time to prove her self as my health care provider but she failed me. Her non caring attitude made me feel dissvalued as a client especially considering how long I have intrusted my Healthcare with the Baylor Scott White… health care system. Thank you for your attention
