Dr Kasthuri was very knowledgeable, patient, and experienced. He took all the time I needed to explain and answer questions. My procedure went well, his staff is so pleasant and helpful. From the time you walk through the door until you leave, the experience is good. Highly recommended his practice and services.

I fell on Christmas Eve when no ice melt had been put at the entrance of the apartment building where I live resulting in a "burst" fracture of a vertebrae. I was taken to hospital where the doctors told me nothing could be done. Blood had leaked filling the spinal column and I was in horrific pain. Thankfully I persisted and found Dr. Kasthuri who not only fixed my back but was so kind and followed up with me afterwards. He and his whole staff are excellent and I have told numerous others about them. I am certain without his help I know I would not be able to go back to all the activities I enjoy so much.... The service Dr. Kasthuri and his staff was by far the best I have experienced. Before, during and after they answered all my questions and even called me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I am very happy with the results of my procedure and highly recommend Northwest Endovascular Surgery.
