Dr. Sarma Subrahmanya Challa, MD

Refused to do any testing. Is only concerned with billing insurance. Literally did nothing but sarcasm. Easily I found a real doctor and figured out the problem. Doesn’t treat women fairly. Several other people have told me they received poor care with this doctor.

Came to see Dr. Challa as a new patient, as I called the office the appointment was made within the week. The receptionist was very professional in taking my insurance information and reason for visit. On the day of my visit, my wait time was only 13 minutes. Dr. Challa came in with a pleasant "Hello". Reviewed my medications and ordered a stress test on the same day. Went over my results very thoroughly and answered all my questions. He is the a doctor you would be happy with.

this man is horrible! & very very rude/arrogant! my grandmother was seeing him about her heart problems. He previously seen 3 blockages in her heart but did not disclose this information to her. ( we still can’t understand the reason maybe because she is a woman of color) A month later she had a massive heart attack due to one of those blockages & almost lost her life. This could have all been simply avoided if he would have done his job! Once she was in the hospital he was incredibly RUDE to her & to my family! This man should be fired.

This man did not take care of my mother. I had to go get the president of the hospital Mr. Kennedy to make this man do his job and talk to us yeah right this man would not even speak to us... I would not take my dog to this doctor...

I was very pleased with Dr. Challa and his staff. He listened to me when I explained to him what was going on and was very attentive and concerned about my medical problems. He was very detailed in all that he told me and set up appointments for me for tests and evaluations.
