He enjoys seeing his patients smile, be happy, healthy and confident.Extended Education and Teaching ExperienceDr. Bakuri earned his DMD degree from the prestigious Ivy League University of Pennsylvania. He furthered his education with three years of periodontal training at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he also earned a Master of Science in Dentistry.Today, he is an assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where he teaches periodontics and implantology to dental students and residents. He is certified in IV sedation and he is also on the faculty at the Allegheny General Hospital.
