Rude apparently it doesn't let me post my review here but see it in yellow pages just don't waste you gas take your kids where they will actually care about them.

STAFF DOES NOT PAY ATTENTION TO CLIENTS NEEDS. DON'T BOTHER ON GOING!! I NEEDED FOR THEM TO CHANGE THE DATE ON THE EXUSE THEY GAVE ME AND WANTED ME TO PAY $50 DOLLARS LIKE A DRS VISIT.. THEY NEVER EVEN ASKED THE DR.

Dr. is great, her staff lacks professionalism..... None of the clinics work the same. Feel she needs more MD, than PA's. Spoke to 2 of the managers, and they seem to not be very knowledgeable.

I THINK DR BOSE IS A GREAT DOCTOR BUT HER STAFF ITS LIKE A CIRCUS WATCHING EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM AND BLEAVE ME IVE SAT FOR HOURS JUST WATCHING HOW SILLY THEY ACT NOW IS THAT THE KIND OF PPL U WANT CHECKING UR CHILDREN NOT TO MENTION THEM GIVING SHOTS, AND NOT REALLY KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING .. JUST SAYING

She was rude and assumed things instead of asking for clarification. She then acted self-righteous when clarification was provided which contradicted her assumption. She was also condescending and had a coarse demeanor when handling my 8 month old daughter.

overall dr bose herself is good, but when going to the clinics it is really hard to get an appointment with a dr. its usually a p.a. who get with the patients. ive been going there because of the hours, but have not been able see the dr. herself or other real dr. for about 2 yrs now. often get misdiagnosed. i.e.- told had common cold, go to dr in mex. and child had severe ear infection.
