I have never experienced anything negative, I go in all the time as a regular and have never had a problem for the last 6 years I been coming there, everyone are very nice and helpful even security, yesterday evening around 8pm I went to the deli section by the Pharmacy to buy a few things, there were customers ahead of me and I waited patiently until it was my turn to order, the lady was so nice and kind to the customers ahead of me that I was very shocked that I did not receive the same greetings, not even a how can I help you, which is odd because I never seen the staff act this way, maybe she was having a bad day but she definitely did not give me a warm invite like she did the customers before me, I ask for Buffalo chicken dip, and as I ask for that I reached to the containers to show that is how much I want, she never said hello, and never said how can I help you, only as I reached for the container is when she finally spoke and said in a very rude tone...do NOT touch my… stuff!!!!...I was so shocked and very confused on why she reacted that way, I was just there last week same woman and a customer did the exact same thing and never once did she rudely said that to him, so I stood back and politely apologizing to her and said never mind I do not want anything and that was very rude of you and walked away, I really thought about why this happened and tried to see where it went wrong and why, giving the benefit of doubt I assume maybe because of COVID? Which is very understanding, so if this was the case she should have been more polite about it and removed the container I touched and threw it away and grab another container,and explain to me why she did that, I tried asking for a manager and no one seemed to know???? So I figured I write a review and hope that someone can talk to her and give her advice on how to work with customers, I was really disappointed

I love coming to this drug mart everyone is so friendly and efficient.
