Dr. Sarvpreet K Bajwa, DO

I was treated by Dr. Sarvpreet Bajwa at the local Urgent Care on Jan 19,2025. I was seen for severe pain on my right side. Turns out I broke a rib. I did mention that I had no idea how the injury occurred. I did tell her that I had been out the previous evening with a friend and had a few glasses of wine. Once that was relayed, she treated me unkindly. I never got to tell her that the wine consumption was 2 1/2 glasses over a 4-hour dinner. I did not get to mention that my right shoulder had been bothering me for many days. She never asked nor did she tell me to ice it or how else to care for the cracked rib. When I returned home and read her notes, I became quite upset because she made me out to be a person with a drinking problem. My recently deceased husband was a Board-Certified Emergency Physician. He taught ER doctors in the UCLA system. He never would have treated a patient as she treated me. I have been to this Urgent care before and was given wonderful care and treated with… respect and dignity. If I need Urgent Care again, I will make sure that she is not the Dr to treat me.
