She was pleasant and conversant and willing to hear what tests I want as well as her panel.

I went to see Dr. Mahmud because I had subluxated my knee cap (which means my knee cap went to the side of my leg and popped back into place). She was rude and questioned my explanation of what happened. She put false information onto my chart (you can review your personal chart online) and has yet to remove or update it. Her office is trying to charge me again for a co-pay I already paid. I have called them and emailed them several times to try to fix these issues and nothing has been changed. I am unbelievably frustrated by her treatment and false charting. I just want my medical record to actually reflect the interaction I had. Why would a doctor falsify information like that and refuse to change it?

The doctor was to give me a prescription at the time of the visit. I waited and waited, checked with the receptionist, and waited some more. No response. They said it would be sent to my pharmacy. That didn't occur. I phoned the office 5 times over a period of 3 days and still no response. Thankfully my need for the prescription was not life-threatening at the time. In addition, the doctor's bed-side manner was cold as was the office staff. This was a nightmare of a visit. It's too bad doctors such as this have an office; there was nothing about the doctor or the visit that made me feel comfortable.
