Dr. Saryna Putman Young, MD

I think she is very incompetent & unethical. she is all about the money and selling products. she portrays a huge lack of knowledge in PRP and hair loss. she mad my hair all fall out. Dr should go to jail for using a product not approved and sold in the USA. I would not be surprised if it was purchased from a 3 world country. she will pump you up on drugs. the more you buy the bigger her kick back! then offers you a refund and then disappears . resolve your issues naturally! your body will thank you! RUN! RUN!

In my opinion, if you are looking for a Dr. that is all about herself, then Dr. Young is the one for you. Never greeted me when she entered the room for my first time visit, had an unprofessional manner, asked me if i had any marks on my head, i told her i thought it would be hard for me to know that since i have hair and lots of it, but i dont have eyes behind me. She took two fingers and flipped my hair and said 'nope' you dont, when i doubt even she could've seen if there was something under my hair, not to mention she had me waiting for nearly an hour when her staff (or maybe even she) messed up the appointments and never once appologized. three times and you're out and im on the hunt for a much better dermatologist now.

Office visit went well. BUT ---I have called to speak with her 3x about next steps and she or her office have not returned my calls. When one is diagnosed with Cancer, it is imperative to believe that the doctor first seen cares about you. I am a Professor and an Executive Coach of Communication and she has failed the course. Would not recommend her.

Have seen Dr. Young for several years. She knows what needs to be done, and is extremely concerned for her patient's well being.

Dr. Young knows her stuff and will answer all of your questions. She is good with general dermatology as well as anything cosmetic. I have gone to her for a considerable amount of time and find her to be pleasant and highly qualified. If you have concerns she will call you or email you on the patient portal. I highly recommend her.

She told me that my insurance would not cover a procedure when it did, she did not greet me, she just walked right into the office at west med in white plains, did not greet me by name. My impression of her was that she was a very nasty person, and I now have to find a dermatologist outside of this practice.

was relatively easy after made appointment. calling the office was frustrating. but doctor and staff were great.
