Have to drive by to make appointment and can't get in when I need to.

I have been seeing this staff for over 3 years now. N believe me when I say seeing, because it might as well be "living" as in they make u come back every month by changing your medication so they have an excuse to bill u for another visit! I called the insurance company and found out that even though adderall is a controlled substance, they are allowed to give you up to 3 months worth of refills. Well they won't! They make u come back every month taking off work to come in and get a new prescription! N not once has anything they've done ever helped me! After all the medication I tried with their "insistance" nothing has ever helped. I wound up back on the same medication I had before I even started going there. N that was because I insisted that it would be best because nothing they did worked. Its just a guessing game to them, try whatever new pill the rep gave them this month, n come back n see me! Yea will see if that works for ya! No matter how it my affect your mental state with… all this constant change of medication, n not to mention the loss of sleep n work days! Hey I know heeling and getting better takes time, but after 3 1/2 years, my money n my time n patience has run out!

I am bipolar and I have been seeing Dr Nayudu for 9 years now. He has me more in balance during that time than any other docor ever has and there have been many. He listens, always returns phone calls and has my condition manageable. What more could you ask for?

Phone calls were never returned, repeated errors with med scripts, refusal to correct medication errors, rude treatment from both Dr. Nayudu and his staff. Staff made it virtually impossible for husband to speak directly with Dr. Nayudu concerning my medical and emotional well-being. When confronted, Nayudu became defensive and wrote a formal letter suggesting I go elsewhere. Both Dr. Nayudu and his entire staff made the transition unnecessarily difficult.
